We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.

CrossFit Trainer

Hours - 40 hours a week – Flexible Hours with some evenings and weekends

Locations - All Straight & Narrow Program Locations (Paramus, Passaic, Secaucus, Paterson)

Hourly Rate (non-exempt)

Job Summary:

A CrossFit Trainer is responsible for leading fitness classes, guiding members through CrossFit-style workouts, and providing individualized coaching to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications:

• CrossFit Level 1 Certification (or higher) required.

• First Aid/CPR Certification required.

• Experience in coaching or training in a CrossFit or similar functional fitness environment.

• Strong understanding of fitness principles, exercise science, and injury prevention techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with individuals of diverse fitness levels.

• Enthusiastic, motivational, and professional demeanor
